The contact owns a 2004 Nissan Altima. While driving approximately 65 mph, the contact noticed that the steering wheel was difficult to turn and the tires made a loud roaring noise. The dealer stated that the alignment was fine and then proceeded to rotate the tires. A few days later, while driving at an unknown speed, she felt and heard a loud vibration coming from the tires. She purchased a new set of tires, but a few weeks later she noticed a roaring noise coming from the new tires. She returned to the dealer and they stated that her alignment was off and the vehicle was never correctly repaired. She notified the manufacturer, but they did not provide any assistance. The purchase date was unknown. The failure mileage was 13,903 and current mileage was 50,000.
