1 Water Pump problem of the 2011 Nissan Juke

Tl the contact owns a 2011 Nissan Juke. The contact stated that the gear shifter was unable to shift from park into any other gear. The contact also stated that the vehicle would come to a complete stop without warning while the vehicle was in motion. The vehicle was towed to an independent repair facility, but the failures could not be diagnosed or repaired. The failures continued and the vehicle was taken back to the repair facility. The mechanic replaced the transmission assembly, but the contact heard an abnormal noise progressing from the vehicle after the repair. The vehicle was towed to another repair facility where it was diagnosed that the turbo charger and water pump needed to be replaced. The dealer was not contacted. The contact referenced NHTSA campaign number: 11v583000 (engine and engine cooling) as a possible cause of the failures. The manufacturer was notified of the failures. The VIN and failure mileage were not available.
