2012 Nissan Sentra started malfunctioning with battery replacement on March 25, 2015 at hanlees Nissan in davis, CA, where I had purchased the vehicle in sept 2013 and where I had most service performed while I owned the vehicle. I commuted 1. 5 hours each way for a new job in rohnert park and I was becoming ill. Unable to locate housing in the area I was unable to keep the job for more than 2 weeks. I suspect foul play with the davis service department. Car started having a loud clicking sound at just less than 30mph. Davis serviced car for two more years. They cannot provide a duplicate sales contract saying it is lost. Davis referred me to kim at fairfield Nissan and she told me it is missing. This difficulty should not exist. I asked lienholder crb auto/mechanics bank to provide a copy and I have yet to receive. I made multiple attempts to have my car assessed at Nissan davis, vacaville, north bay Nissan in petaluma (replaced catalytic converter 7-31-17 60, 000 miles) problem not corrected. Vehicle now developed extremely poor gas mileage. I continued to get sicker. I had been illegally evicted from my rental home at 7172 yolano road, dixon, CA 95620 June 3, 2017 with harsh bullying against law in concert with the solano county sheriff's (ongoing investigation) I had had the vehicle towed to davis prior to leaving that address. I told them I got really ill when driving the car. They refused diagnostic work and recommended cleaning detail of car at my expense. Did poor job and had to repeat. Once homeless, I was in the car, relocated to marin county and continued to deteriorate in health. (er visits to document). Mileage had been 35-40 mpg decreased to15-20 mpg. Had vehicle towed to sf Nissan on 10-3-17 and they reset all codes, could find nothing wrong. Car impounded in dt sf on 10-6-17; robbed of impound $500 cash and belongings on 10-10-17. Please help.

First issue happened couple months after I bought it on 12/27/2014 purchased new only 18 miles on it on 5/10/15 I took it in for maintenance because the driver side tire was making a wierd clicking noise when I would stop or turn. Second issue now is the transmission jerking as if slipping running out of gas my car is still in new. Condition is barely 2 years old it should not have had all these issues my car was in motion wgen it began to stall on an intersection it was very dark and dangerous on rheir multipoint inspection they stated my fluid levels were good but my transmission fluid was not. It turned out to be empty.

The contact owns a 2016 Nissan Sentra. While driving approximately 60 mph, a loud clicking noise was heard under the front end of the vehicle and the vehicle shuttered. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer, but it was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 4,700.

Upon accelerating the car makes a awful clunking noise that is not only heard but felt on the floor under your feet this happens often. The dealer stated this was normal. I pressed the gas pedal while switching lanes and the engine revved up, but the car did not move. It took the transmission several seconds to catch up to the engine.
It started with a small clunk noise that will go away after a while of driving the car, six months later the clunking noise doesn't stop, move from regular oil to full synthetic oil, new spark plugs, but nothing seems to work, now the noise is so loud I am afraid the car may catch fire, but had no choice but drive it, my car has less than 100 k and I bought it new expecting this car to last way longer than this, is not fair or this to happen specially with Nissan knowing the problem they had with putting smaller pistons that will eventually break, please do something about it!!!!!.

Vehicle began making a ticking noise from front passenger engine area at a stop light, as I began through intersection once it turned green the car completely stalled on me as traffic began moving again in the opposite direction almost causing a collision in the middle of the intersection. There were no pre warnings, dash warning lights that came on prior to this incident. I took the vehicle to the Nissan dealer the next day (4 year old car w/ 75k miles) and was told the noise is coming from the engine I need a new motor but would not elaborate as to what exactly it was but advised me I was out of warranty and I could buy a new motor from them for 6500$. Being completely stuck in the middle of the intersection has scared me enough not to even want to get back in the vehicle so as of right now it sits in my driveway a 4 year old car with 75k miles on it that almost caused me to be tboned in an intersection and no one has any answers for me, only want money to give a new motor. Nissan corp has been contacted with out any assistance provided. I was told by Nissan not to drive the car, which I obviously wont, I have done my research and there are hundreds of complaints out there for the same exact "unknown" problem that many people have had.
