1 Front Suspension Coil Spring problem of the 1996 Plymouth Grand Voyager

Failure Date: 11/11/1999

Front suspension noise when going over dips and bumps in road. Suspected worn or defective front struts. Front struts replaced and front end aligned. Problem was not eliminated. Suspect problem with upper and lower control arms or defective or worn coil springs. Vehicle has never been driven in harsh or abusing road conditions.

2 Front Suspension Coil Spring problem of the 1998 Plymouth Grand Voyager

I have been told that the clock spring has been a high maintance item. This device controls the air bag, horn and cruse control. I consider this to be a safety issue and would like to find out if or has this been addressed by the manufacture or NHTSA . Thank you ed bradley. Dt.
