Failure Date: 07/31/2002

Air bag light is on, the horn does not work and the speed control is inoperative. There are Chrysler service bulletins on the clock spring wiring harness but no recall. This is a safety hazard (no horn, no airbag) and should be addressed by a recall.

2 Front Suspension Control Arm problem of the 2000 Plymouth Grand Voyager

Failure Date: 03/04/2001

Vehicle was traveling at approximately 5 mph when loss of steering occurred. Consumer crashed into another vehicle. Upon examination, front lower control arm had cracked. A private mechanic has examined vehicle, and has yet to determine a cause for defect. Please provide any additional information/attachments.
