Steering Is Tight Problems of Saturn Outlook

I was driving on the highway. I drove into some water on the road and lost steering. The wheel became very very hard to steer. Then it happened a few more time on the highway. Tonight, driving home in the rain and went threw a puddle of water on the road. Lost steering ability and had to stop the car in the middle of the road. I could not make my turn for the steering was some hard. I also noticed that the charging light came on as well when I went threw this puddle of water. The should be a recall a. S. A. P. This should not happen.

When coming out of my drive way I noticed it was hard to steered. I am having problems steering the truck to the right and left. The steering wheel is very hard. The tires always loosing air. The wipers or the windshield have very poor visibility.

The power steering is loud and hard to control at low speeds. I just took the car to the dealer after receiving a letter that says bring it in and have the power steering checked, but they said it was my gearbox leaking and it would only be $1600. 00 to replace it not only that they charged $70 to tell me that. . . . . This is after the $4500 transmission I just had replaced. . . . All the other Saturns are recalled for this issue, they need to take back all Saturns and give discounts towards another car. . . These are garbage. . . . Thanks.
