While backing out of a parking space the vehicle accelerated. No impact reported. The problem had not been completely corrected. The consumer almost hit a pedestrian in a parking lot due to this problem. When backing out, the vehicle started out slow but would then surge in reverse. The brakes felt spongy. The front brake pads were sticking to the sliders. The pads were removed and the corrosion was cleaned. The vehicle accelerated like it was in cruise and when the consumers foot was taken off of the gas, the speed would remain the same.

When applying brakes to park, vehicle suddenly accelerated, jumping a curb and hitting two parked vehicles. Problem was intermittent. Subaru was contacted to inspect vehicle.

Vehicle is experiencing brake problems, on one occasion while driving, consumer put his foot on the brake pedal, however vehicle did not stop, vehicle glazed against another car causing damage.
Brakes went mushy and gradually went to floor board. Worked ok when pumped.
Vibration in steering wheel, dealer resurfaced 2 front rotors, also 2 rear drums and brake shoes were sandglazed.

Brakes failed causing loss of control and collision with rocks, bushes and trees. Mjs.
The braking system malfunction, causing extended stopping distance. Once had no braking ability at all which almost caused an accident. Dealer never replaced any parts, just removed a pebble from the brake pads. Please provide further information.
Brakes failed to stop the vehicle, and the pedal went to the floor when driver slammed the brake. Yh.
When applying the brakes, pedal goes 3/4 of the way to the floor. Brakes get lower in cold weather. Dealer says it's normal and there is no way to adjust pedal height due to four wheel disc brakes.
