Rear Window Defogger Problems of Toyota Corolla

The contact owns a 2007 Toyota Corolla. The contact stated that while driving approximately 5 mph, the rear window suddenly exploded. The rear defroster had just been activated when the failure occurred. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer who could not figure out why the failure occurred.
