Rotors have excessive vibration, despite good pads. Turning and replacing do not help--problem appears associated with poor design--rotors and pads are simply too small for SUV.
Brake pads are wearing prematurely. Consumer heard a scratching noise like a rock was stuck in the rotors. When attempted to have them replaced, he was told the rotors were on a back order.
