The contact owns a 2014 Toyota Tacoma. The contact stated that the vehicle was repaired under NHTSA campaign number: 17v425000 (structure, equipment) however, the failure occurred. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, she became aware that the hood was lifting near the front windshield.
