I purshased my vehicle 4/13/24 and on 4/30/24 (important sefety recall appear) I do not feel safe in the in my car, because of set recall ' engine to stop while driving ' my car is not driving smoothly like it should drive a ''new car'' when I start driving the car it start to shaking and throttle lag 'like the car do not want to drive' when I contact the dealer, they said " we call when the remedy is available'' my car is not safe to drive, I am afraid to drive my car cause it recall that it has, I have not been able to enjoy my car like it should, cuase im afraid that I will get on an accident. Please I need someone to help me, no one is doing nothing it been a year and my car is getting worst, and I still making paying on the car that I can not enjoy. I need my car fix ASAP.

Tl - the contact owns a 2012 Toyota Tundra. The contact stated that while driving 35 mph and towing a trailer, the vehicle started to vibrate as the front passenger side tire exhibited an abnormal grinding noise. The contact mentioned that the traction control warning light was illuminated, causing the tires to seize. As a result of the tire failure, the vehicle began spinning and crashed into a ditch. The contact was not injured. The police were contacted and arrived to the scene to file a police report of the incident. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The technician stated that they were not allowed to touch the vehicle until the engineer had first inspected it. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and advised that they would send an engineer to inspect the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. The VIN was not available.
