Tl the contact owns a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta. While driving 10 mph, the contact heard a clunking noise coming from the front driver's side of the vehicle. The contact coasted the vehicle over to the side of the road and noticed that the front driver's side wheel was bent outwards and the lower control arm was detached. In addition, each time the vehicle drove over a bump in the road, the clunking noise would occur.
