Air Bag Not Deploy Problems of Buick Regal

I was driving on a rural road (about 40-45 mph) and missed a stop sign at a t intersection, went straight ahead and struck a guide wire, a large bush, then a block wall, and came to a stop after passing through the wall and entering the building. The car never veered but went straight as it struck these structures. Air bag did not deploy and I sustained a broken rib and injury to the chest wall. Emergency personnel could not explain why the airbag did not deploy. The car was inspected and found to be a total loss.

The contact owned a 2003 Buick Regal. While driving 5 mph, the brakes malfunctioned and another vehicle struck the passenger side of the contact's vehicle. The air bags did not deploy. Was in fatal accident on may 8 2009 in des moines, IA. It was light rain that night and I made an attempt to turn a corner and slide right through and fence and dropped down a hill about and estimated 20 feet. The anti-brake system failed as well as the airbag not deploying is my concern. This was not the first incident. The one took place in December of 2009. A deer ran out in front of the car and the same thing happened I was they conducted an investigation, but was not informed to where I could understand. Now the case is with their lawyers who won't answer the phone.

While traveling at 25 mph in traffic driver applied the brakes and the brake pedal was very hard. As a result, the driver hit another vehicle. The air bag failed to deploy during the accident. The vehicle sustained $9700 damage but the other vehicle sustained no damage.
