Side/window Air Bag Problems of Buick Regal

Had a front tire blow out car went across the road down into small ditch and stopped to hit a mailbox resulting in the airbags deploying the passenger side airbag came out so hard that it broke the windshield driver side airbag came out and resulted in it breaking my spine I've had to have one surgery since then and maybe more.

I t- boned a car. When my front end hit it the airbags were set off. The passenger side airbag had way too much charge in it accouriing to the insurance adjuster. When it went off it exploded so hard and fast that the top of the dash flipped up and shattered the window in that shape. The rest of the window is fine but this really exploded and could have killed someone if they had been in the front seat when this happened.

The contact owns a 2011 Buick Regal. While the contact was driving approximately 22 mph over a road bump, the four side air bags deployed abruptly with a loud noise. There was no impact to the vehicle. The contact was transported to the hospital and sustained body bruises as a result of the extensive force during the air bag deployment. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to an authorized dealer where the technician was unable to determine the cause of failure and declared the air bag defect as a product failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 1,133.

The contact owns a 1996 Buick Regal. The contact was driving approximately 30 mph, wen the front driver side air bag deployed inadvertently without impact to the vehicle. The contact sustained abrasions to the left forearm. The vehicle was driven with caution to his residence. The contact was in the process of notifying the manufacturer. Consumer was involved in a front end collision while traveling 35-40 mph. Upon impact, driver's side and passenger's side airbags failed to deploy. Consumer wrote in stating that this is not her vehicle.

Consumer cranked the engine and driver's side airbag deployed. Vehicle did not have any contact with any object. Airbag explosion caused minor injuries to consumer.

While driving at 25 mph vehicle t- bone on the side, and the driver's side and passenger's side air bagd didn't deploy.

While driving the driver's and passenger's side air bags deployed without any reason. Cause unknown. This could have resulted in a terrible accident iif it would have happened in traffic.

Passenger's side airbag console is rising up. Manufacturer has issued TSB for defect. The dealer firts installed a cover for the air bag but the clip holding the cover was removed during second service. The consumer was very much concerned about air bag being exposed because it could cause premature deployment, non deployment or deterioration.
