I was traveling down the road, was approaching a red light, applied brakes, they did not work. Went through a red light, applied emergency brakes, came to a stop. Immeditatley returned home applying emergency brake, thank god I was only around the block. Apon examining the brakes under the car, all of the lines were rusted out, causing a loss of all brake fluid. I consider myself lucky, that I did not have my family with me and I did not hit another car. This is a problem, does some one have to be killed first before this is considered a recall?.

This brake problem started about 2007 my antilock brakes will not let my truck stop at low speeds. It has caused me to hit gas pump baricades damageing my truck. It has caused many near misses at intersections. I am afraid to put my family in this truck.

When coming to a stop in my 1998 chevy truck, my brakes sometimes go to the floor with a pulsating feeling when episode is happening. The truck will not stop, and I've bumped my garage on several occasions. Im afraid there will be a accident someday when im in traffic.
