Heavy vibration in front end when brakes applied at highway speeds. Also uneven stopping at slower speeds. Dealer not contacted.
When I apply brakes at speeds above 60 mph, front of vehicle starts shaking. At 70 mph, vehicle is very difficult to control. I usually drive under 65 mph and first noticed it when I took my first trip. On a recent trip, I had to brake on a steep hill, was going the speed limit at 70 mph, and almost lost control. This is a safety hazard. It appears to have been be a defect from day one.
I really need to talk to someone for a better detail description of my problem. No safety defect listed in summary.

Every 6000 to 10000 miles the brake rotors will warp, causing a shimmy at 70 mph. This is 4 times in less than 1 year and 30000 miles driven. Gm says nothing is wrong.

When steeping on brakes car shaked. Fixed it once, but problem occurred again.
When the brakes are applied while traveling above 50 mph, vehicle will shake and pulsate. Also, steering wheel has to be braced to keep control. This is due to bad rotors. GMC, and the dealer ship has been contacted.

Pulsating brakes in front. Requested they be "replace" denied by dealer. . . . They were fixed. . . "rotors were resurfaced" I feel this should not have happened that the rotors are defective? please advise. . . 2 flats in rear. . One tire replaced the other plugged. Again this is a new car? advise. Thanks. ( dot number: ).
Mfg contacted, denies problem exists, says "go away". No safety defect indicated in summary.
Front brake rotors keep warping. Dealer says will put on 2nd set of updated rotors. When asked what happens when warranty runs out and problem still exists, dealer says that problem would then be a manufacturer's problem ,and work for this would no longer be covered unless manufacturer of part is willing to shell out expense. I believe if they are selling a car with defective components to the point that they have released 2 sets of updated parts, then dealer should still honor any work in the future which is caused by same problem which has been occurring long before warranty ran out. Dealer should then contest with part manufacture about sending them defective parts to build their automobiles with, instead of customer having to go through part manufacturer themselves. I am very displeased with the answers I have been getting from dealer.
While driving & applied brakes, vehicle would start to shimmy & vibrate in the front. Took to dealer. Mechanic could resolve the problem first time. When vibration returned, took vehicle back to dealer & problem was resolved.
At higher speeds steering wheel shudders during braking. Dealer repaired at 17,000 miles, failing again at 25,000 miles.
