Three problems related to seat broken have been reported for the 2000 Chevrolet S10. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
I have a 2000 chevy zr2. Both seat latches used to recline seats have broken off. I complained to a local dealership and the cost for the repair was quoted as $250 per seat. This is the third s-10 I have owned and am disappointed in the cheat metal used and the repair cost. The plastic third door handle also broke which was a $75. 00 repair. My seats will have to stay broken.
Consumer states the track on the reclining front seat has broken causing the seat to give no support.
Tracks of driver's seat have broken 3 times, passenger's side twice. Vehicle at dealer at this time.
