3 Brakes Failed problem

Failure Date: 07/17/2013

I have a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 2500hd all of the brake linings had rusted. My brakes failed while I was driving. Fortunately I controlled the vehicle and was able to stop, saw the leak and was towed . A private company replaced all lines. I emailed my concern to Chevrolet, asked to have my comments forwarded to ceo-product improvement. Subsequently had a phone conversation (866-790-5600) x10344 with carlos could not send this information to ceo product improvement. If the brake linings fail you have no brakes. My service request-71 1286637809 I spoke to private mechanics they said this was systemic issue to Chevrolet.
