Failure Date: 02/05/2007

The lack of height requirement for light trucks and suvs is absurd these days. What you have is 1/2 the vehicles not meshing with passenger vehicles. Why don't all vehicles conform to the same height req? and when a truck is not pulling a trailer, should it be allowed to have the trailer hitch lance protruding from its bumper? what it the intend of such standards? without uniformity, are you really doing any good? has your agency brought this to the attention of legislators? thanks.
