Sunroof continues to collect water in the drain. I have had it blown out but it continues to happen. It is a matter of time before it begins to leak into the truck. In my research, this is an extremely common problem/design flaw.

A few thing is on my car I have got new battery, right hub barrier and to get left repaired! light on in care say contraction something has to do by power steering.

I have a 2017 chevy Tahoe z71, and the paint on the hood , now moving to the top of the Tahoe is showing visible defects. The hood paint started to look cloudy. Even after buffing and polishing it would not improve. Talk to a professional detailer who stated that the problem was with the clear coat. The cost to repair and repaint the vehicle would be way more than an average citizen can afford; especially this day in time. People have mentioned it may require sanding the exterior down to bare metal, which would affect the car’s resale value etc . . After doing some research , I do see this is a problem with many gm vehicles. What is gm doing to make this correction. Pics can be sent upon request. Looking to seek a lawyer.

The hood and top of the car on multiple Tahoes and suburbans with this body style and year have the clear missing I have family &friends same issue, as well as the bottom plastic piece by windshield wipers crack quick/loosen causing possible water to get in or defrost system to stall, also does not go through car wash systems many chevy models in the 2017-2020 years have issue especially 2017/2018.

Leaking water every time it rains from the overhead console and will have standing water in charging station. Vehicle been to dealer 3 times and currently dealership had windshield removed and body re-welded where there was hole from the factory weld where water is entering the vehicle.

Water leak from windshield/top, water dripped on. Dashboard, floor, and phone charger was filled with water, unknown water damage to electrical components on the dashboard.

When we purchased our vehicle the cracks in the dash board I thought was from something else until we received a recall about the airbags and I read an article about the cracked dash problem. Please contact me about replacement of this dash. Why is there a problem with 2008 Tahoe dash board? we have a 2002 chev Tahoe and the dash is in good condition. So what is the difference? and the cracked dash board is a safety issue in many ways. So again contact gm then me and have gm authorize a local dealership in the area to fix the dash board problem. The roof leaks when it rains, we already brought it back to the dealer and they performed a repair but it leaked again in the next rainy day after about a month.

The driver side dash has a large crack that appeared all of a sudden. This is apparently an on going issue with many complaints filed due to cheap plastic parts.

Purchased a new 2022 Tahoe from the dealer, casey Chevrolet newport news virginia, in February 2022. Vehicle developed a roof leak in June. The leak caused water to pour out of the overhead console on to the dash, seat belt reels, the overhead light fixtures and on the drivers feet after running through the dash. Taken to dealer where it was in the shop for four weeks, windshield and headliner removed and a defective weld was thought to be the problem. After the next rain the same problem was evident. Returned the vehicle to dealer and headliner removed again but they were unable to determine the source of the water. The interior electronics and electrical components have been rain soaked for four months. When driving the vehicle after a rain and having water pour out of the ceiling between the driver and the windshield is unnerving and unsafe. Additionally most of the function of the controls are electronic and continuing dousing with water is a serious concern. The air bags in the a and b pillars are probably getting wet as well.

1. ) the wire harness between the body control modules are failing. 2. ) when I tow my boat I could loose braking at any time. Display of " service trailer brake system" overrides all other displays on console. Repetitive chiming noise is very distracting and irritating. 3. ) yes, I took it back in soon after I purchased it (a lot of money) and the chevy rep said it probably was something to do with loose wires concerning the towing. I showed them a picture of the the warning display that I took immediately. They supposedly plugged in a diagnostic reader and said that since the code was no longer showing that they were unable to determine what precisely the issue was, but it was safe to drive. 4. ) component was not inspected by anyone. I was told that if it came on and I was in the area; to bring it in so that they can see the display. 5. ) yes there was a warning message that showed up multiple times. 1 or 2 weeks after being purchased on 3/11/22. I feel that the chevy reps know of the issue ( bad wiring harness between 2 of the body control modules) and acted as if the had no clue of the picture of the warning display that I showed them and they were able to tell me it was safe to drive even though they said they didn't know what the issue was. ???? I like chevy vehicles; it would be nice to see chevy stand behind their product. This is the 2nd Tahoe that I've owned, standing behind your work keeps and promotes customers.

After rain, sloshing water can be heard in the head liner. Moving forward it pours out through the upper rear seat belt slots and the aft ac vents. Stopping causes water to pour out of the upper forward electronic panel where the onstar button is located. Unsure of corrosion and damage to upper electronics. Started after vehicle was 2 months old and every hard rain or car wash since.

Dashboard is cracking at passenger side air bag, and on the driver side instrument cluster. This is a known chevy defect and chevy not wanting to fix the problem so to faulty engineering design. Class action lawsuit got no where. We need you help so other owners of Tahoes, yukons, sierra’s, and silverados can have their faulty dashboard replaced. Definitely a safety issue due pieces of the dash flying out in a accident.

Near collision with pedestrian in crosswalks on left turns and near collision with pedestrians crossing multi lane roads who entering from a landscaped center island. I have repeatedly experienced this situation even though I am acutely aware of the view obstruction created by the large a-piller, air bag and drivers side mirror. It has become evident from the incidents in my neighborhood that trucks and SUV's are involved in the fatalities at crosswalks and multi lane roadways. An recent fatality occurred on December 10 2022 in poway at the intersection of midland and edgmoore rd. 35yr old women killed in crosswalk by driver making left turn. The January 24th 2022 fatality happened on community rd. In poway 92064. It would appear your forms are incident focused and not geared to identify safety hazards that have not been considered. My dashboard is severely cracked, I called gm to order a new dashboard and they don't have the parts. First this shouldn't happen, gm should own up to the issue and create a part that doesn't have the issue. Second they don't even have the existing part to fix the issue. I called a local dealership (simi valley Chevrolet) who wouldn't even give me the part numbers as they said it was against their policy to not give out part numbers. I don't know how a consumer is supposed to fix their vehicle with manufacturer who doesn't make a part any longer and a dealer who doesn't give the information to find another one.

-body- hood paint defect (aluminum oxidation) -brakes- vehicles doesn't stop and brakes get hard to push, and they also feel like they are skipping. -power train- brakes and transmission shifts hard from time to time. -electronics- dvd and rear inverter 110 a/c plug power went out, and cell phone charger doesn't work. -seats- get stuck and won't go up or down at times. Forward and side collision warning - will alert when nothing is there.

Front passenger seatbelt is stuck won’t expand to buckle up, when turning on right blinker the high beam lights turn on. Which is unsafe for other drivers being blinded by the bright lights. Back hatch does not operate at all, could potentially be life threatening if that was an only exit due to unexpected circumstances.

There is a serious cabin air pressure issue in this vehicle. When driving at any speed with the windows up, there is a booming inside the cabin, as if the passengers are inside of a subwoofer. My theory is that the headliner panel has too much flexibility in it due to the ceiling air vents. When driving, it is likely the headliner is bouncing up and down, creating the booming air pressure. Within 2 weeks of delivery of this new car and daily driving, my passengers and I developed serious ear issues which we attributed to the car. It got to the point where I would immediately have pain and ringing in my ears just driving a very short distance. None of my other cars including suvs cause or have ever caused this issue. It is important to note that with all 4 windows rolled down, the problem does not happen. It's only when the windows are up. I have the LS trim without the sunroof.

Driving down highway 86 az going south on mile marker 89 there was loose gravel/rock as it hit my windshield it cracked it.

I was turning left from the freeway feeder light that was already green upon approach. Assk I passed the intersection, I colided from on directly at the front passenger side, impacting the rear driver side of a smaller vw atals. My vehicle spun out of control stopping at the opposite side of the intersection at the median. My airbags never deployed. The other car involved we hit at the rear driver side and all his airbags deployed. I hit my chin, head, and arms and feel naseau since the accident. Airbags should have deployed to prevent my head from hitting various parts of the car or worse brain shaking. My car sustained frame damage and extensive front damage.

I pulled into my driveway. . . The engine speed started increasing and simultaneously the brake pedal sunk into the floor and braking abilitywas lost. This happened about 4 feet from my garage door and this caused my truck into the garage door. I have a driveway video of me on the phone and then the car being accelerated through the garage door.

I had pulled away from back door of store after dropping off a donation. I drove about 30 feet when my passenger side rear door popped open and tapped a fence post. Every airbag went off in the vehicle, except for the steering wheel. I could not have been going more than 5mph. It sounded like an explosion went off and frightened me terribly as I am claustrophobic and was trapped in the vehicle. The insurance agent, and tow service said that that door hitting a fence post should not have blown every airbag in the vehicle. They both acknowledged that they had never seen that happen in all the accidents they have been to. I do not feel like my insurance company should have to cover this and I should not have to pay the $1000 deductible when there is clearly problems with all the recalls on airbags.

Water intrusion via gps antenna defect into driver cabin above driver at visor attachment. Loss of gps, onstar and antenna functions. This occurred following heavy rain storms. August 2020 and was diagnosed and repaired. My research showed that this is an ongoing problem stemming back to at least 2015. Gm program bulletin number 15155.

Back lift gate door leaks in dust. Have talked to dealership and got no where. We live in country. We had a 2008 Tahoe and had no issues.

There was a wreck, where the opposing driver pulled out to take a left turn into oncoming traffic, 10 ft in front of [xxx] (owner of Tahoe). Impact was on front passenger side. Airbag did not deploy effectively resulting in [xxx] have a broken neck and bone fusion. Airbags were exploded open. These events might not have occurred if proper equipment was there. Two cracks have appeared on my dash, one on the driver's side and a small one on the passenger side. The car has 34,000 miles, is garaged and only driven on paved roads. When parked in a lot, a window viser is always used. I noticed the larger crack about two months ago. It gets bigger every day.

The contact stated that while having a routine check for oil change without warning the independent mechanic inspect the vehicle and confirmed corriosn all around the frame of the vehicle. Approximately 6 months ago the dash on the passenger side started to crack in my 2012 chevy Tahoe. It has always been in a heated garage and out of the sunlight. On December 1, 2015 is the date I purchased the vehicle and the dealer talked me into putting a nano technology coating on the entire vehicle to keep it in like new condition, which cost me $899. I took it to the dealership and showed them and they were going to let me know if abra would fix it, however, after 2 months still no response from the dealership and I contacted them again yesterday. The other thing is the driver side door handle has cracked underneath and so when you close the door it feels like you are going to pull the door vinyl right off. I have never had anything like this happen before.

The handle and latches were repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and offered 100 dollar credit for repairs. The failure mileage was approximately 90,000. Ck.

Having issues with braking. Occasionally at high speeds, but more often during lower speeds. The brake pedal becomes very hard to depress and meanwhile the vehicle is still moving, not allowing you to stop. Happens also going in reverse. Had a collision, hit the rear end of another vehicle yesterday morning during rush hour, 3/18/2019. I was slowing down to 15 mph, due to a red light, but brake pedal would not brake, becoming very stiff, making it impossible to brake, and stopped due to the collision. Luckily no one was hurt. Front body severe damage to my Tahoe. Police report has been filed. We bought this Tahoe in fall of 2017, and February 2017, took into the dealership due to the braking issues, nothing was found or done to the brake system. Tahoe is back at dealership as of today, and nothing has been found, according to chevy techs.
