Door Hinge Problems of Chevrolet Tahoe

Rear window hinge is cracked, could not close window so we to take the piston off. Even with that it was difficult to close. Read other people have had the same problem and also mentioned the window falling off. Truck is garage kept and not expose to too much weather. Think this could be manufacture problem and not the consumers. Thanks.

Driver-side door handles (inner and outer) spontaneously fail to open door from inside or outside. A mechanical defect (not electrical). Unit manipulated until it started to work first service visit. Entire door handle and lock unit replaced second occurrence. Entire lock unit fell inside door at third occurrence, truck to be dropped off at shop tomorrow for maintenance. Door currently will not open. Driver must climb over the console and enter and exit vehicle through the passenger-side door every time this problem occurs. This is the 3rd time truck will need service for this same issue. Truck is a 2007 Tahoe.

The window regulator on the passenger side my 2000 Tahoe has broke twice. The regulator's cable rusted out the first time. This second time I've just left it alone. I'm just glad it stay stuck in the closed position. My complaint is that I have to buy the whole unit including the motor with the regulator, and its very expensive. My extended warranty only covers the motor not the window regulator but 9 time out 10 its going to be regulator, what a scam. When the vehicle was less than two years old the rear passenger window went out. The rear passenger doors hinges squeak and grind. I've already had the right rear passenger door hinge replaced, now the left rear passenger door hinge is getting worst.
