Vehicle diagnostic summary – trouble codes explained 1. P0562 – system voltage low the vehicle’s electrical system is running at low voltage. P1005 – fuel level sensor control module: too many resets the fuel level sensor module has been reset too many times, likely due to electrical glitches. This may cause the fuel gauge to be inaccurate or unstable. 3. P14c0 / p14cd – fuel pump driver control module signal error there is a configuration signal error from the fuel pump control module. This could lead to fuel delivery problems, starting issues, or engine stalling if it worsens. 4. U0151 – lost communication with airbag control module (srs) the system lost contact with the airbag diagnostic module. This may affect airbag deployment during a crash, making it a serious safety concern.

On [xxx] while driving on the highway my check engine light came on. The car turned off while going 60mph on the 18 mile stretch towards miami from key west and luckily there were no cars around me. I checked for the code and it was p1467 for the evap purge pump. I took it to a dealership in miami and they told me it would be fine to drive that the part needed to be replaced. I drove back to key west and bought the replacement part. That same part did not work. I checked to see if the part was receiving voltage and it was. So I will continue with going to the dealership. My wife and son have developed a cough from having to constantly smell the fumes due to their existing asthma. I will never buy another chevy again.

On 2/21/25 when I turn on vehicle the engine light came on. I checked for the code and it was p1467 for the evap purge pump. I checked for the gas pump cover and didn't see anything damaged and closed it tight but engine light still on. I feel the gas or engine smell is also coming through the inside of car when fan is turned on and not safe health wise.

In January my fuel gage stopped working , unable to know how much gas I had. The fuel pump and floater needed to be replaced if fuel was not getting to the engine the vehicle would stop working causing a possible accident with other drivers . I did not use this vehicle for many days until a mechanic cleared for useage . It cost me $320. 00 of my own money to fix this for safety concerns. As of today 1/22/25 I has been fixed by a-plus in north fort myers.

I have brought my car into the dealership over the last few years at least 6 times for the same issues. Currently there are two codes coming up as permanent on my car which is for the evaporative emission system flow and brake booster hydraulics performance. I drive my child of three every day and the number of times my check engine light comes on and goes into reduced engine power is not okay nor safe.

05/29/24 I took this vehicle to cronic Chevrolet in griffin, GA due to check engine light being on. Code detected purge pump it was still under warranty at that time only had 43,906 miles on had to get the purge pump replaced. Several weeks after getting it back I kept getting a shift to park message come up when trying to put it in park then started having trouble getting it to go into drive. I have had so many close calls from people almost bashing into me because my car will not go into drive and you constantly have to switch in and out of gears for it to finally go in. Its sucking the had right out due to it not shifting gears properly. The code reader detected transmission control module which I find to be faulty and understand there are serval recalls on this specific vehicle , when it started this issue it didn’t even have 50,000 miles on it!.

The pick up on the vehicle is losing power it seems not letting the rpm's go up or drop down before taking off. This cause the vehicle to move slower than normal code keeps popping up losing power engine while drive and engine light comes on this goes on for about a week or so than stops and engine light disappear and reappears again.

Month of June of 2024 I purchased 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer lt with 31k miles on the odometer I had to service my vehicle and had to replace the fuel pump, took weeks to get in due to the strike that took place, Chevrolet will not back behind their employees nor their consumers. They only honored me 15pts on my vehicle, a few months pass and more issues arise one being the manifold sensor (a) and then another two days on the road the wiring harness thankfully my car was under a secondary warranty and I paid $200 per repair, although this became a very costly month being $600 car payment and $400 in repairs in a matter of a few months owning the vehicle, I am having similar issues again with the wiring harness a year later.

Cel came on at 77,000 miles p1467 is this covered?.

Strong gasoline smell noticed inside and outside vehicle. Took vehicle to dealership 3/1/24 where the smell was confirmed. Fuel rail was found to be leaking. Dealership removed and replaced all components damaged with leak. This problem started again Friday, 8/23/24. Did not resolve and got stronger. Car will be going back to the dealership Monday, 8/26/24 for evaluation.

Very strong gas smells coming from under the hood. After driving a few miles, fumes enter the passenger compartment. Had to stop parking it in our garage for fear of a fire before I could get it into the dealer. I've been told it's a fuel leak associated with the fuel rail system. I'm 20 days past my warranty and only at 29,000 miles. It's a nearly $2000 fix. Gm was aware of the problem in 2021 as there is a service bulletin for this item. I should have been notified in 2021 that there was a possible problem which could lead to a fire or explosion.

Smudge on rear hatch above window, took to dlr they said maybe I did it. I was told to come back day after day and no record of these visits. When the fixed paint at their shop no paperwork. My radio screen scrambling, going blank, stop working, static sounds coming out, the ignition button wouldn’t turn off there was an update for the lane departure issue, the radio issue there is no current fix as per manufacturer the advisor informed me. Oct 3 23went dl show lt rear window, I had to n cal. Nov 3 at dlr Dec 4 told me to bring 5th fix back window but the left rear window defect they told me they order that day! so my vehicle was at the dealership for approx 2 weeks Feb 8-22 the day they called saying my car was ready to pickup I ask if the window was replaced yet etc. Ricky the advisor(nice guy)he tells me there’s nothing in the system about the window issue, he says he’ll tell his manager and call me back. He informs me the window was never ordered in Nov and they just ordered Feb 22nd. I picked my vehicle up Feb 22nd and it’s still having radio system issues, starting or stopping issues. Mar 27 window was replaced also tinted. The bubbles in the window tint again yesterday the radio system wasn’t working properly, the speakers were static, display not operating, blackout, the lane departure has me all over the road! the push start doesn’t operate correctly (will not shut off, the other day the car continued to roll backwards after I put in park. Lunges when parking in garage the fact that I have been going in for various issues and there’s no records or notes in system showing this. I reviewed docs I have found the miles in/out were same so how could someone have test driven to duplicate my concerns? Apr 23 I go in garage gas fumes filled the air, I thought it was pressure washer but I took it out and used fan to clear. Drive car come back garage a bit better, put garage for night…again 24th, 25th and today. I can’t see any leaks on garage floor.

The abs system in this vehicle flashes warnings at quick restarts and while holding the brake down, it has no “sponge” when this happens. The brakes squeal constantly. I’ve had them inspected at every single maintenance and there can be no flaw found. When driving on the interstate, the engine is very “jerky” almost like the transmission can’t keep up with the speed of 70-80mph (not always, but it is noticeable when it happens). At first I didn’t think much of it but with the mass recall of chevys identified, I believe it needs to go on record - particularly about the brakes.

The shift to park feature on this vehicle keeps on displaying on the screen when the vehicle is in park and is trying to be turned off.

My 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer is about 3 months old and it’s been making squeaky noises when I break. The squeaky sound is getting worse over time and I have an appointment scheduled with Chevrolet to get this resolved. My concern is a 2022 recall on this same vehicle due to the break system. Therefore, I am reporting this for the year or 2023 because my car is brand new and making screech noises every time I break. Also, my electric system randomly stops working. For example, my touch screen car play system pixelates and sometimes doesn’t even work. I turned off my car and the radio stayed on and the volume wasn’t going down. The car was off and the radio was still playing! after about 15 mins the radio stopped playing while the car was off. Something isn’t right with my Trailblazer, electric and breaks. Lastly, in the images you will see as my millage goes up so does the remaining fuel miles I have left. The fuel miles left are suppose to go down as I’m using the car. Therefore, something is also wrong with my electric dashboard system and fuel meter. Please consider a recall, this is dangerous.

Took to mechanic due to strong fuel smell coming from engine area. Mechanic said not safe to drive - fuel rail leaking and must be replaced - vehicle could catch fire or explode! I drive grandchildren in this vehicle and was shook up! vehicle towed to gm dealer who said I was 3400 miles passed my warranty but they would start work on my $3k repair. I’m outraged that gm cares so little about this known issue from the gm bulletin pip 5765 which was published 11/18/20. All this time they have known about faulty and dangerous part but only send recalls for minor issues like possible faulty tire jack.

Check engine light keeps coming on. Hard shifting. Takes too long for brake to engage. Fuel injector replaced. This car is only 3 months into service.

My 15 yr old driver in training,, was leaving town with myself and her father the engine just stopped running causing us to lose all movement of car had to coast to the side of highway { busy with semis} had to call tow truck to come get it ,, it wouldn't start after trying a few times . And also the seat belts lock tight and will not give when pulled on them leaving you strapped tight in the seat you have to unhook them to release them . . Very uncomfortable when you traveling.

3 times in the last year while we were driving the acceleration wen very high like from 50 to all of a sudden went up to about 80. I had to stand on the brake and try to pull over. Still accelerating I put it in park and shut it off. When you restart it it drive fine again. This has happened three times and the dealership says they can't find a problem. We are stuck driving a death trap. Please help. They wanna charge diagnosis everything I take it in. Then they say they can't find nothing. Now I am finding others that have had same issue and dealership says there is no problem. This has got to be destroying the engine reving at such high speeds.

Driving vehicle turn it off turn back on drive somewhere and turn it off and go swimming for an hour came back go to go start it and would not start I believe it's the anti-theft system as we replaced the ignition switch and the ignition cylinder but my illumination selector for my gear selector nor my tachometer works nor do my front two windows or locks.

I had a smell of gasoline inside and under hood of 2021 Trailblazer lt 1. 3l. Took to Chevrolet dealer. Confirmed gas odor. Gas was leaking from fuel rail. Sevice manager said it was pouring out. Found out gm has service bulliten for this pip5765 that covers both chevy Trailblazer with 1. 3l and Buick encore GX with 1. 3l motors. This has been a scary situation considering gas fumes could have caught fire.

My gas gauge is sitting on bottom instead of top where it's supposed to be. I don't know how much gas in my car. An I have 2 small kids an one has a heart condition. An I'm on a fixed income. An also my head lights go off an on all the time day or night.

Chevrolet should do a current recall my 2003 Trailblazer has leak needs to be fixed.

Smell of gas when driving very strong must drive with window open.

Bad fuel leak coming from drivers side of vehicle, under vehicle. Middle of vehicle. Very dangerous. Parked on street. Bad fuel leaking.

The cabin smells very strongly of gas and as is leaking from under the vehicle when driven.

Rusted fuel lines- garage checked strong fuel smell and discovered rusted fuel filler and lines.

Tl the contact owns a 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer. The contact stated there was a strong odor of fuel inside and outside the vehicle. Reliable Chevrolet (3655 s campbell Ave, springfield, mo 65807, (417) 708-8088) was contacted and informed the contact that the failure was not covered. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer or independent mechanic for diagnostic testing or repairs. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 140,000.
