Radiator Hose problems of the 2009 Chrysler Town & Country

The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the y heater hose fractured and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who confirmed that the y heater hose fractured and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired again; however, the failure recurred. It was confirmed a third time that the y heater hose fractured and the vehicle was repaired independently by the contact. The failure recurred. The manufacturer was notified. The failure mileage was approximately 60,000. The VIN was not provided.

My 2009 Chrysler town and country 4 liter engine stopped dead 3/4 mile after leaving home in the morning. I was doing 15 mph at the time. Everything stopped working, I. E. , the power steering was unmovable and the power brakes were non-responsive. Because it happened in a curve, I ended up in the oncoming lane on a single lane road.
