1 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2013 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 01/18/2020

Tl-the conact owns a 2013 Chrysler town and country. The contact that when the driver drove at approximately 70 to 80 mph. The vehicle stalled without warning. There was no warning light before the failure occurred. The driver was able to restart the engine drove the vehicle home. However, when the contact attempted to restar the engine a few days later after the failure, the engine failed to start up. The vehicle was towed to pinckney Chrysler, Dodge dealer 1295 east main 36 street pinckne, mi 48169, phone number 734-878-3154 to have a diagnostic performed. The diagnostic located the failure code at the total integrated power module. The manufacturer was contacted and advised and advised the contact that the vehicle was not included in the integrated power module recall. The manufacturer provided the contact case number. 75045602. Vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 58,000. Li.

2 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2011 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 08/14/2019

The vehicle will not start sometimes (the starter cranks but won't start) but then starts a few minutes later and you have no clue why, and sometimes the lights come on while parked at the house and then turn off. Other times the vehicle cranks up but will not start and after releasing the button it keeps cranking up for about 20 seconds? sounds like some problem with the firmware for the totally integrated power module (tipm) which is the gateway or distribution box for nearly the entire electrical system in late-model Chrysler products. Because of the intermittent nature (I have been experiencing this over more than 6 months and it will not repeat at my mechanics location) it is very hard to diagnose totally. The engine seems to be starting to run a little rougher than it used to also. I have over 125,000 miles with the vehicle and it has always worked great until this intermittent problem started. I also wake up my neighbors at different times of the night when the horn starts going off at random times. This one problem has been occurring since the car had about 20,000 miles and I attributed it to the key fob but I am not so sure. I have talked to Chrysler who keeps telling me that there is no recall so if I go in I have to pay to get it fixed while I think it is an engineering design problem that should be fixed at no cost. The date below reflects the latest instance but it has happened a lot during the past few years.

3 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2010 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 06/12/2019

Vehicle has been losing power suddenly, without warning for several months. The issue occurs at various speeds, road conditions, after various running times. When power is lost the lights fail to operate, the engine completely stops, signals dont work, steering is minimal. We have almost been in several accidents. The dealership it was taken to only provided a failing egr valve as a diagnosis with an estimate of over $700. However, research did not indicate that would resolve the sudden shut-off. I took it to a private garage after noticing the engine tended to shut down when the keys seems to be touched. I was able to replicate the issue reinforcing my assumption. The shop replaced the ignition module (as has been recalled with other town and country vehicles) and I have not had a single issue. The failing ignition module has been an issue in thousands of vehicle and this should be included.

4 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2009 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 12/20/2018

My car stops while driving down the road without warning, easily restarts after shifting into neutral. However, rpm goes to zero, lose power steering. Did not have this issue prior to key fob recall. It has done this several times, usually when weather is colder like 30 degree. Have also notice blind spot aid system will periodically not function. Heated seat light occasionally do not function. The blind spot and heated seats are minor compared to car stopping dead. It did recently while going around a curve and was very scary. I've taken it to two different dealers and they state there are no engine codes showing. I told my husband if I die in a vehicle crash, especially if rear ended or while turning to sue Chrysler. Do not have this problem in warm weather. I'm afraid to have anyone in my vehicle, especially my five grandkids. I stay off interstates because of this, and have spent more time looking behind me for possibly getting rear ended. There is no warning when this might happen. One dealership told me to bring it in when it happens, which I have no idea when it will happen. Its like playing russian roulette while getting behind the wheel. This can happen anytime, driving 55, 35, 25 mph, while going straight, or twice while turning. I think it has to do with the electrical system, or perhaps the ignition system and key fob recall. My car has 84330 miles. It's happened three times in the last two months. Frequency seems to be getting greater.

5 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2010 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 08/12/2018

Stalling problems: vehicle stalls out at stop lights and coming to stops in traffic on highway. The vehicle would re-started after putting in neutral. The car has stalled when slowing down and making left hand turns. This is very dangerous crossing through the intersection and not knowing if your vehicle will stall out or not. It is becoming more frequent, it happened 5 times on the one trip. I thought I purchased a really good used vehicle, and I think someone just passed on their problems to me. My husband's friend replaced the egr and it stopped doing it for a few days and then started stalling again. So I parked it for a few weeks. This past Friday I took to the mechanic. The mechanic road tested vehicle with scan tool, performed data scan. No codes present/active or stored. They performed complete fuel injection/combustion chamber fuel service. Cleaned throttle plate area. Cleaned combustion chamber. Added fuel system cleaner to fuel tank to clean fuel injectors. Replaced spark plug wires and all spark plugs, erased memory, then re-test drove with scan tool, ok at that time. They advised us that they were unable to duplicate the stalling concern at that time. On Saturday I picked up and it hesitated when going through the intersection, but otherwise seemed ok. On Sunday stalled out at the two red lights in town, but restarted ok. Then after driving on the highway for a half hour, at the exit it stalled at stop sign and did not want to restart - 3 tries before I could get it going. So displeased with this vehicle, and I am worried about driving my daughter and nieces around in it! I wish someone would just tell us what is wrong so we can get it fixed.

6 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2010 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 08/01/2018

The contact owns a 2010 Chrysler town and country. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle loss motive power and stalled with the check engine warning light illuminated. The contact contacted the dealer state line Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram of kansas city (1001 w 104th st, kansas city, mo 64114, (816) 399-5457) who informed the contact that the egr valve malfunctioned and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The failure persisted and the check engine warning light illuminated. The contact took the vehicle back to the dealer who stated that the tipm and motor mount were possibly the cause of the failure. The vehicle had not been repaired a second time. The contact stated that the failure was related to the keyfob however, the failure was not covered under recall. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and opened a case. The approximate failure mileage was unknown.

7 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2014 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 02/05/2018

Engine oil cooler assembly can be cracked causing an oil leak. Discovered while investigating oil pooling on the ground while parked. Oil cooler assembly is a plastic formed part with metal coolers attached. The oil filter housing is an integral part of this assembly. Auto dealer's service department claims the plastic cooler assembly is cracked due to over tightening of the oil filter cover and the part is not covered under the powertrain warranty. Chrysler has already identified there is a high number of complaints about this issue. Review Chrysler service bulletin #09-008-15 and it has a list of vehicles that may have this problem. I have contacted fca warranty and they confirmed the part is not covered under the powertrain warranty because it is not part of the engine, but an item attached to the engine. The auto service department stated the oil cooler assembly had numerous design revisions because of cracking.

9 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2015 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 11/10/2017

During an oil change, when the filter cap was removed, there was a plastic component stuck in the end of the filter that the service technician didn't recognize. One of the four tabs inside the cap was broken off and not able to be located. It could still be inside inside the oil filter housing, but an inspection with a flashlight did not locate it. Purchased a new cap from dealer. The cap has an integrated spring loaded nipple that the filter slips onto.

10 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2009 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 11/06/2017

Hello, can you give me any information about the totally integrated power module (tipm) in my 2009 Chrysler town and country lx, 3. 3l minivan? how to diagnose a problem with it? are there known problems with it? my van exhibits the following random conditions 1. ) horn stops working after repeated use. It will work again after a period of time. Recently, I have pushed on the horn and it will blow and then cut out after a couple of seconds. This happen whether the van is in motion or stationary. 2. ) starter will rotate the engine but engine will not fire. This is very infrequent but has gotten a little worse. Engine will eventually start and run fine. And the next time it needs to start it will without issue. Also, one time during the same day that this happened, the engine started but then immediately died. It started and ran fine after that. Van was always stationary. 3. )center mounted rear brake light will look very dim or not work at all one day, and then work the next. Van was in motion or stationary. 4. )cruise control will not engage and then it will. This was happening about a year ago but has not happened lately. Van was in motion. These situations have happened intermittently since we bought the van in 2012. Am I and my family in danger of the airbags not deploying when they should? thanks for your help.

11 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2011 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 08/01/2017

Tl- the contact owns a 2011 Chrysler town and country. The contact stated that while driving approximately 25 mph the engine suddenly shut off. After restarting the vehicle the temperature gauge would increase and decrease and the engine would continue to shut off. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the engine was faulty and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The contact indicated that the vehicle had previously had malfunctions to the passenger side siding door which would buzz and other electrical issues including the windows malfunctioning but the local dealer golling Chrysler(2405 s. Telegraph rd. West bloomfield, mi. ) was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was 160,000. Jft.

12 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2012 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 07/01/2017

Two separate issues about six weeks apart. First issue: lifters started to break down, causing a tapping sound when running. While driving, on three occasions the temperature gauge rose to about the 3/4 mark (where it normally sat just below half) and the performance of the car became sluggish. Metal shaving damaged both camshafts, covered by extended warranty, but cost about $1500 to repair. Took in for repair July 1, 2017, required a full week to repair. Second issue: the totally integrated power module (tipm) failed, symptom was engine turning over but not starting until tried several times (push button start). Happened a few times in isolation, took it in after happening twice in a day (and the third time in a week). Tipm was not covered by extended warranty. Took in August 16, 2017, was going to require about 3 days to repair at a cost of $1200. We have video showing this behavior.

13 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2010 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 05/21/2017

For the past two years, between the miles of 78,000 and 97,000, we have experienced multiple (over 2 dozen) events where the vehicle will lose all power. Most occasions occur as we are coming to a stop or attempting to accelerate from a stop. The dash lights usually, but not always, start to flash just prior to the event occurring. When we lose power, it is a complete loss of power. Even the radio and clock need reset after the incident. The events have happened during all types of weather, when the van is cool or has been driven for hours. Multiple dealerships have worked to fix the issue, but nothing has resolved it. O2 sensors, egr valve, abs module, a throttle body cleaning, and thermostats have been replaced. Only for the stalling to occur again. The issue has been up to the Chrysler corporate people and a dealer in cleveland actually had van for 3 weeks, but could not fix issue. At this point Chrysler has wiped their hands of the issue. The van is at dealer again now, because it stalled out 4 times last weekend. Of course they find no codes and cannot replicate the stalling so they want to do another throttle body cleaning. They have told to us to get the van towed the next time it stall without turning in back on. Easy for them to say because they are not stalled out in the middle of an intersection at 5:30pm on Thursday or another intersection the Sunday evening of new years day. I am fed up with the vehicle and being told they can do nothing for us. I do not want to put my family in harms way any longer. The shear number of complaints for this issue on these vans is alarming. How can a company continue to put a product out that places people, especially children, in such danger. The only other issue for me is that pricing of other minivans (Toyota & Honda) makes it hard to leave the Chrysler models.

14 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2011 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 04/20/2017

Van would not start from it's parking place at a car wash. Message came up "accessory or ignition on". I had it towed to an auto repair shop. Diagnosed as failure of the tipm (total integrated power module). This shut down all power to the vehicle including fuel pump, computer, steering, engine, and whatever else. Good thing it was parked when it failed, for had I been driving I would not have had any control of the vehicle, according to the mechanic.

15 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2010 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 03/17/2017

Car turns off completely randomly at a low speed while driving. Turns back on. Its very dangerous. It has happened on streets as while as on the freeway. Not safe while driving, especially with children in the car. I did some research and this happens a lot with this particular vehicle. I have taking it into the dealership 3 or 4 times now. Some people say that the egr valve is the problem. I feel like this needs to be addressed before someone is injured or killed in accident due to this defect.

16 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2006 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 12/04/2016

My vehicle went from 70 miles per hour quickly down to zero, on the highway. The engine completely shut off, while I was going 70. I was able to pull over and turn off the engine. When I restarted the car, it seemed fine. This was frightening and very inopportune. It was about 50 degrees outside at the time.

17 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2011 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 09/25/2016

The car has a defective totally integrated power module (tipm). This module has caused the van not to start and the engine has stalled during driving. The module has a fuel pump relay on a ckt board that is defective. The relay also stuck closed and heated up the battery and drained it. The only way to start the vehicle, is to cycle the key multiple times until you here the fuel pump running. The vehicle has been to the dealer many times for the no start problem. This vehicle is an accident waiting to happen, with the engine stalling and the fuel pump shorting the battery. Also another defect is the power sliding doors, the wiring will burn and break. This causes the doors to become stuck open and will not close. When you are on the road with the doors stuck open, this is not safe. The doors need the wiring replaced with a heavy duty wire.

18 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2008 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 06/16/2016

The contact owned a 2008 Chrysler town and country. The contact stated that the vehicle had a strong hesitation. The check engine warning light randomly illuminated and the vehicle stalled numerous times. The vehicle was taken to a mechanic twice who replaced the egr valve and vacuum line. The dealer also completed a manufacturer recall repair for the ignition switch; however, the vehicle continued to hesitate. While driving less than 15 mph, the vehicle independently surged forward at a high rate of speed and crashed into the rear of another vehicle. The contact sustained a whiplash. A police report was filed. The air bags did not deploy. The vehicle was destroyed. The approximate failure mileage was 75,000.

19 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2008 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 06/15/2016

Engine shuts down completely causing loss of power steering and brakes. No warnings, just dies. Diagnostics reveal a bad totally integrated power module. Recalls issued for multiple models but not mine. I was told, I have all the symptoms but I don't have the flu ! now they want almost $ 1000 to fix it ! it's an established, defective part but they'll let me drive away in it unless I can come up with the money. Chrysler said it's the same part as the recalled ones but I don't have a recall on my model. Ant time any where at any speed, it shuts down.

20 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2010 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 04/08/2016

Follow up to complaints# 10826063 dated 02/14/2016 and 10839895 dated 3/4/2016 (2010 Chrysler t&c limited w/4. 0l engine dies unpredictably while under way). Owner called Chrysler 800# and was contacted soon after by representative from Chrysler care (customer service). She called around and found dealer in owner's proximity who had experience with problem and made appointment. Technician found no fault codes, but based on his experience replaced egr (exhaust gas recirculation) valve with one of newer and better design than what came originally from the factory. New part# 4593888-aa (valve e 140380) and 5277928 (gasket 140620). Owner drove vehicle for 500 miles with no stalling incidents, then washed, waxed and detailed it inside and out to like new condition. Owner's wife now again driving vehicle which now has 1,046 miles since repair with no further stalling incidents to date. Vehicle appears to idle smoother at stop lights, too. (the idling issue was minor, but had been with the vehicle since brand new). Vehicle now has 64,900 miles. Owner wonders if Chrysler egr valves on Town & Country engines should be recalled. This is submitted for the **possible** benefit of many others who are experiencing unexpected stalling issues. Our thanks to Chrysler care customer service department for their help. Keeping fingers crossed.

21 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2010 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 02/15/2016

I took my van in for a simple valve change because it was using a lot of oil on 2/15/16. A week and a half later I received my van back and it stalled in front of a tractor trailer truck. Van was returned to the dealership and they claimed to repair /install new gas pump, egr valve, gaskets, crank sensors etc. I received my van back on 4/2 claiming everything was repaired. The van was no longer stalling. On 4/3 while driving on the parkway, in heavy traffic my brakes, steering wheel locked and van shut off while driving. Just missed going over the guard rail. Again took th van back to the dealership, contacted Chrysler customer service which made the dealership owner very irate. My van was in the dealership from 2/15 to June. I got the run around about we are doing everything to repair your vehicle. Guess what, it is still not repaired the van continuously stall anytime you made a hard turn. It was at the point of no return. The longer the dealership had it the worse the van got. Meanwhile all of this extra stress is starting to affect my health. I paid for a $42,000 van and even Chrysler has no idea of how to fix it. I got fed up in June and asked to have the van returned back to me. After more than 3 months they were ever so happy to return the vehicle back to me. As of now I still don't have all the receipts of exactly what was done to the van. All I know is that I would never buy another Chrysler again because of the treatment received and their uncaring attitude about the safety of the vehicle. At this point I found out that I am not the only one with this stalling issue. I feel Chrysler is aware of it and don't know how to go about correcting it. The vehicle was in the dealership at the time on 2/15 for a recall for the ignition node(r03). I don't know if the recall initiated all the action or incompetence. I have towing receipts in excess of 100 miles.

22 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2010 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 01/08/2016

Vehicle stalled (highly dangerous, loss of power steering at high speeds): 2nd time in less than 1 week vehicle has stalled while driving in motion on highway between speeds of 25mph (1st time) and 45 mph (2nd time). No turns involved. Weather conditions were favorable with no rain or inclement weather, both were at night 7-8pm timeframe @ approx 50 degrees f outside air temp both times. Vehicle is a 2010 Chrysler tc with 4. 0 liter engine. 119,875 miles when it happened a second time. 1st time esp light came on, cannot confirm this occurred the 2nd time. No prior indications, no prior reported problems that I am aware of . Second owner, purchased car under warranty @ approx. 44,000 miles. Very hard to understand how this has not been diagnosed given the amount of complaints. I am an experienced mechanic in the aviation field, had this been an aircraft, the fleet would be grounded.

23 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2010 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 08/03/2015

Our 2010 Chrysler t&c stated to have engine stall problems since two years ago. Basically the engine just stopped when driving (the rpm drops to 0). The driver will feel the steering wheel gets heavy and the traction warning light comes on. We did the Chrysler r03 safety recall repair (I. . E replace the win module) but it does not help at all. Especially prone to stall in the first 20 minutes of driving when temps was low, and especially when humid. We have had it checked by multiple mechanic shops but no clue was found. Multiple parts have been replaced (crankshaft position sensor, camshaft sensor, and egr valve) but nothing worked. Now for every driving we expect at least 2-3 engine stalls on the road. It is very dangerous!! I see lots of similar complaints online and Chrysler should definitely solve this!.

24 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2013 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 07/09/2015

Failed to stay shut off after being parked in the garage, evidently ran out of gas. I opened the garage door the next morning to over 120 degrees, the van steering wheel was to hot to touch, I pushed the start button and the screen said "system is hot" . I know I had shut the van off because the radio stops playing when you open the door after turning it off. Now the van won't run. I had it towed to a dealership for repair. It could have burned my home down! after checking complaints online could this be an issue with tipm? is there a recall for this yet?.

25 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2011 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 06/11/2015

The contact owns a 2011 Chrysler town and country. The contact stated that while driving at 60 mph, the vehicle stalled. The vehicle was able to restart after three attempts. The failure recurred on multiple occasions. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the totally integrated power module failed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 80,000.

26 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2010 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 03/11/2015

Out of nowhere vehicle stops running, no check engine lights, but van shuts off. This has happened a dozen or so times in the last few weeks. Took the van to local shop for diagnostic test. No codes appeared, tested fuel pump and egr value, not problems there. Mechanic unable to detect issue. I've noticed other complaints online and a recall for 2010 Chrysler t&c vans, but not my vehicle (built on 9/26/2012).

27 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2010 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 02/01/2015

Engine stalling at slower speeds multiple times a day. Recall done twice, throttle body and egr replaced, no luck still stalls, been doing this for a year now, accident waiting to happen.

28 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2007 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 11/15/2014

After green light, I made the right turn from a small road to main road. When the car was half way into the main road (about 45 degree), the engine just dead, and a lot of symbols lighted up on the panel. I have to completely turn the key to off position, and re-ignite the car. When this incident happened, there is nothing attached to the key. Only car key itself was inside the ignition hole. I contacted Chrysler a few month back, reported the same issue happened twice while I called them last time. They told us they were aware this issue and were reviewing it, and suggested us to remove all other keys from key chain. This time I'm just reporting the incident on the government website, so others can see and hopeful Chrysler will recall the car for this issue.

29 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2008 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 04/10/2014

My wife was driving home late one night from work and the minivan just died while she was driving. When the van was taken to the repair shop, the motor was blown - valve seats all dropped in one of the heads and all of the main bearings in the crank case had disintegrated! since the day we bought this van used with 24,000 miles it had a problem of "using or eating" oil at about 1 quart for every 1,000 miles. When I contacted Chrysler, I was told that this was normal!! I was flabbergasted as I have never owned a car (I've had over 15) that used oil like this minivan did. It didn't burn it or leak, it was being used somehow. Needless to say, it was out of warranty and we were left with a $3,500 bill to replace the motor. When I contacted Chrysler, I got no response. Please check online for a website called repair pal - there are literally thousands more cases of this happening. I find it hard to believe that this is something normal. It seems Chrysler knew something as they came out with a new 3. 6 pentastar motor to replace these ailing motors in 2011-2012 and all newer models. Hopefully there are more people just like my wife and I here who have had the same problem.

30 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2009 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 04/03/2014

The contact was able to restart the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the egr valve needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The vehicle was then taken to an independent mechanic who confirmed that the egr valve needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired multiple times; however, the failure persisted. The manufacturer was notified of the failures. The failure mileage was 80,000.

31 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2008 Chrysler Town & Country

While driving in residential area, van would completely shut off (stall) without notice. Radio/dvd would continue. Major problem with the shut off is that there is no power steering and the breaks would not work! it's happened multiple times. The next day the engine light came on. Took to the dealership and the only code was egr valve code. Technician did not connect it to the engine failure. After discussing with chryler, they felt that the egr valve does contribute to the engine failure at low speed.

33 Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problem of the 2010 Chrysler Town & Country

Failure Date: 11/25/2013

Multiple stalling when the car is recently filled with gas or when the car is cold and during the first 5-10 miles on the road. Fortunately never at fast speeds. Recently had egr valve replaced and no new episodes. This did not show up on the computer checks of engine until just recently despite multiple stalls. Not sure whether the problem has been fixed yet since it has been intermittent. Noticed that there are multiple complaints about this vehicle stalling. If this valve is the cause of the stalls then maybe recall is indicated. I have already had the ignition switch recall repaired in 2011. Very frightening and very dangerous to be driving and have your car stall without warning.
