My 1999 Dodge Caravan (2. 4 engine) is experiencing oil loss. I just had it tuned up about 5 months ago and it is still losing a considerable amount of engine oil(1 qt/500 miles; normal-according to several dealers). Mechanic found problems with pcv system and replaced yellow restrictor. Charged $98. Recently had oil change. Ten days later, oil is black and broken down. Oil level on dipstick is down to half.
