The contact took the vehicle to river oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge ram 4807 kirby dr, houston, TX 77098 where the vehicle was diagnosed with internal transmission failure. The manufacturer had been notified and informed her that the vehicle was out of warranty; they offered no further assistance. The vehicle had not been repaired. We purchase a car and August 15th 2018 and has a weird sound and the transmission I took it to the dealer like four times and they replace a transmission but it still keeps doing the same noise, I don't feel safe to drive it and the dealership they told me it was a normal sound but I took it toy shop and they told me and was not normal they don't want to do nothing to fix it and I don't feel safe to drive.
