Prior to the part replacement, I experienced the following with my 1999 Dodge Dakota pickup (manual transmission). The engine stalled, the speedometer acted erratically and dropped to zero, and the check engine and abs warning lights came on. While driving the abs panel light stayed on, dealer replaced 2 sensors. Dealer cannot determine problem. Dealer replaced speed sensor, jumper wire, wiring harness, fuse, and dealer cut off plugs and soldered wires together, abs light still illuminates.
