Tl- the contact owns a 2013 Dodge Dart. The contact stated that while traveling 25 mph, the brake pedal was applied and traveled to the floorboard. The contact also mentioned that there was an abnormal noise coming from the brake and that the brakes seized. In addition, the abs warning light illuminated and the emergency brake was activated in order to stop the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the brake booster and the master cylinder needed to be replaced.
