While driving about 30 mph on a wet snow surface lost control of vehicle, crashing into a utility pole head-on first, and air bags did not deploy. Vehicle was totaled.
The problem I have with this vehicle is this. My daughter got into a rear end collision with this car. She hiot a van with very minimal damage to it. Air bags never deployed but vehicle had 5000 dollars woth of damage. Something is wrong. Not getting any response from Dodge.

Hit into back of another car going 35 mph brakes falied and air bags did not deploy.
When vehicle was put in park it suddenly and unexpectedly accelerated, resulting in a collision which caused property damage. Also, upon impact, airbags did not deploy.
In two separate head-on collisions on may and November 2000 both frontal air bags failed to deploy. Consumer contacted dealership to see if vehicle was included in recall 98v049000, and was informed that this vehicle was not included in recall due to VIN. Please provide any additional information/attachments.
Consumer was traveling 45mph and hit colvert with front driver side & broke an axle. Vehicle flipped over & airbags never deployed. Dealer was contacted. Consumer found out there were 3 sensors & 2 had to set off.

While approaching an intersection a car turned in front of consumer's vehicle and consumer hit vehicle on passenger's side, and neither airbag deployed. Hasn't contacted dealer or manufacturer. Dealer was told us air bags do not deploy unless accidnt is head -on.

Vehicle experience sudden acceleration while backing out of a parking space, consumer foot was depressing the brake and the vehicle continue to rev, jerk and accelerate down a 30- foot embankment, the air bag failed to deploy during accident. Yh.
Driving 55-60mph when large truck in front, with no tailgate, lost an axle it was carrying as part of a load. It rolled off the truck & struck the vehicle in front. Air bags failed to deploy. Vehicle ran over axle, and was severely damaged. Driver suffered nerve damage to neck and shoulder.
Coming out of driveway driver made a normal stop and brakes completely faile/d, vehicle lost control , resulting in a collision. Seat belts did not tighten, and dual airbags did not deploy. Vehicle was totaled.
Airbag sensor is located behind front bumper which is lower than normal. Therefore, when consumer was involved in accident , hit vehicle with a 35 mph impact,the rear end of the other vehicle bypassed the airbag sensor, causing dual airbags not to deploy even with $5,000 worth of damage to front end. Manufacturer claimed there was no design defect.
According to police consumer was driving 40mph when she had a blackout and rearended another vehicle. Upon impact, driver's & passenger's air bags failed to deploy. Seat belt was in use at time. Driver was injured, receiving cuts on head & bruises.
Consumer was in a collision that consisted of consumer rear ending another vehicle at 30mph, and air bags did not deploy, causing consumer to sustain many injuries. At one point consumer was on a life support machine. Manufacturer was contacted.
