I was charged over $1100 for an alternator and battery and labor. Then when I was given my billing paperwork the milage was written in as 155000 miles. My actual mileage was over 167000 miles thereby voiding all warranties as you can see in the photo. I had to return to the dealership and force them to fix the paperwork. Just a few months ago I took my challenger in to have the transmission serviced. They overfilled the transmission fluid. Again I had to return to have the issue resolved. I have been going to the lake city dealership for 6 years and never had a problem when it was sunbelt . Now it is roundtree moore and I have had nothing but issues since the change.

I commute to work for 2-3 hours a day. On 12 July 2019 I was traveling to work on the beltway (695 north toward 95 north) and I heard something sounding like a hard pop or thumb and my car started to shut down in the middle of the beltway. I was able to get it to the shoulder of the road where it completely shut off and would not start again. I called a towing company to have my car towed back home because I had no idea what was going on or what was wrong. Later during the week I had my car towed to a mechanic who then told me the problem was the engine and it had to be replaced. I am so frustrated right now. This is my only means of transportation. My issurance company covers nothing. I have to pay for towings, I will have to pay for labor and repairs myself, while still making car payments and insurance payments. This is more than a serious burden on me. I am 62 years old and the stress of this whole situation is becoming unbearable. No, I don't have a husband, or children or signifcant other to help me. It is me and me alone who has to come up with money that I do not have. I have been home from work for a week, ever since this happened. I can not afford to miss another day, but I have no transportation to get there. Was there a recall on my car for engine problems?.

Tl the contact owns a 2015 Dodge Journey. The contact stated that the vehicle made an abnormal rattling sound while being operated. Also, the vehicle leaked oil, there was a hole in the transmission, and the check engine warning indicator and brake lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to sierra Chrysler Dodge (1305 mountain Ave, monrovia, CA 91016) where it was diagnosed that a new alternator was needed. The alternator was not repaired; however, the timing belt and oil leak were repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failures and offered to compensate the contact for the repairs. The failure mileage was 78,000.
1. The driver seat belt does not stay locked in. Periodically I would put the seatbelts on and it will unbuckle as if it wasn't secured in. I heard it click. It has happened several times. Luckily I was not moving at the time. 2. I received an tune up at approximately 95k miles. One if the pistons was misfiring. I believe the 6th one was. Brand new parts and was installed by a professional mechanic. There is a knocking noise that will not go away. The belts have been checked. 3. While out of town I was parking and while in reverse it became hard to turn. I later found out that there was no fluid in the powersteering. There was a low fluid indication. . I immediately filled the car up will power steering fluid. Since then it has been harder to turn my wheel. It started off I could not turn right without a struggle. Then it was the left side . The only way to turn is to accelerate and turn. This came out of nowhere. The aggressive progress in the loss if steering ability is troubling especially with smaller children.
Beauty cover recall and possible fire, broken front seat holding seat belt, water coming from under car from air conditioning unit, interior light staying on, sudden surge in engine speed, outside molding coming off, rear wiper out of alignment.
