2 Manual Transmission Floor Shifter problem of the 2007 Dodge Magnum

Failure Date: 09/14/2015

Power train - "shift interlock latch" - vechile stuck in park - Dodge will not permit our vechile to be covered by their "customer satisfaction notification k39 transmission shifter interlock lever. " because even though it is the correct model and year, our VIN number is not covered under this recall because it was manufactured in a different location. I say it is the same small plastic flimsy part known as the "shifter interlock lever "that broke. Just as in these other vehicles covered by this recall. Dear NHTSA, please make this Chrysler recall k39 "transmission shifter interlock lever" to cover "all" 2005-2009 model Dodge charger, Magnum, Chrysler 300 equipped with a floor shifter.
