I haven't had any recalls fixed on this vehicle. It showed recalls and suddenly it shows all repaired. Is it due to the year?2005? seat belts don't retract and are have to be manually maneuvered.

The vehicle stalled during normal use traveling about 35 miles an hour right after an intersection. My husband was able to safely make it off the road as we live in a small town he did this by feathering the accelerator pedal. He is a mechanic so he was able to get it home by lightly tapping the pedal. If he pressed the pedal too hard the car stalled without warning so he lightly tapped on it and made it 2 blocks to our home where it has set in the driveway ever since. We spent over $1000 replacing parts such as the throttle body and the fuel pump and sending unit, egr, pcv, crankshaft sensor, plugs, injectors, intake seals, air intake temperature sensor and throttle body which include the throttle position sensor. Before we went for the cam sensor I decided to look up the issue and found so many with the same problem as us. We are veterans on a semi fixed income with a 10 month old daughter and this is our only vehicle we live in a super hot place in northern arizona and can not afford further repairs as every part seems to be quite expensive. I don't have the fear of it dying while transporting my daughter again as it won't even stay started since the first incident. Additionally there are no codes or dash indicator lights staying on. We will be contacting Dodge in kingman arizona today.
My pcm and tcm needs flash update I am a new owner on vehicle and the last owner has not gotten required updates.

Wasn't able to get the shifter out of park, managed to get someone to help me put in neutral to get the car home, now I have been driving it for a month or so by not putting in park, just keeping it in neutral with emergency brake on. Would love to get this resolved with out having to spend money that I don't have. It seems that it is a known problem for years now and yet no one has issued Dodge any notice to submit a recall for this. Most people don't have time and money to be dealing with these types of problems, so they end up in the same situation as I am having to spend more time securing the car so it doesn't injure anyone and at the same time keep me employed. Please help me I am low income and a mother of 3, I can't afford to get something repaired when Dodge is aware that there is a on going problem with this, if there is so many people complaining about the same issue it makes it obvious that it's not a accidental or a a things happen type of problem it means it is a manufacture problem. Just saying that they need to stand behind there product and stop ignoring the facts. They need to do the right thing and issue a recall as any honorable business would.

After filling my car with gas it runs rough and stalls several times while moving. After restarting it several times it seems ok until the next time I fill the gas again. When it stalls it sounds like the drivetrain is messing up. It does this city highway turning or straight. This has been happening regularly for at least 6 weeks only right after filling and sporadically for about 4 months or more.
No1 head lights and dash lights flicker and go on and off continuely. When driving. No2 steping on brakes at a light shuts down the engine.

There are multiple complaint's online about the shifter problem associated with this vehicle. After contacting Chrysler about this they said the vehicle is not under recall and that the following year Magnum shifting problem was. When I can find over 300 complaints online about my year vehicle experiencing the same problem. It will not shift out of the park into any gears.
The car will not shift out of park. The shift interlock latch is defective. There is a recall on many other similar cars. Recall k39. Our car should be included in that recall.
To start this complaint I wanted to first say that my vehicle was parked (not in motion) when this safety issue took place. The issue in question is in regards to recall k39. The transmission gear shift lever interlock return spring hook on my vehicle broke. This broken interlock return spring hook resulted in the inability to move the gear shift lever out of the ¿park¿ position. This in turn left me stranded. Subsequently I took the vehicle to be serviced at the dealership and submitted the resulting reimbursement paperwork to Chrysler. Sadly, the reimbursement was denied b/c Chrysler has not included my VIN in the k39 recall. . . Despite its obvious inclusion.
Car was in garage at home. I started the engine and was going to back out of garage but could not get shifter out of park. Had car towed to Dodge dealer. Service rep said he's seen other Magnums, 300's and chargers with the same problem. $510. 00 later the car was fixed. . . Entire shifter ass'y was replaced and car runs fine now. No indication of trouble before it broke but this may be a wide spread problem for Chrysler cars. Please investigate.
I was stopped at light. The light turned green. I pressed the accelerator pedal. Something exited the passenger side of engine block causing a large hole. Catastrophic engine failure ensued. I turned the ignition to the off position. I turned the hazard lights on. I coasted to the nearest side road where I stopped the vehicle. I finished my morning coffee waiting for a tow truck there were no accidents, crashes, fires or injuries other than that done to my hemi pride.
While driving down the highway or sitting in park, the bas light on the dash will come on, when it does this the engine goes to 800 rpm idle and the transmission goes into neutral, rendering of the vehicle in capable of driving until the vehicle comes to a complete stop, is placed in park, ignition shut off and restarted. Then you can operate the vehicle again until the next time it does this, which may be one minute or a week. This is extremely dangerous as it is happening to me going down the highway a couple of times, at which time I have to pull over to the shoulder shut the vehicle off restart the vehicle and then try to pull away. Twice I've almost been hit by semi tractor-trailers as the vehicle is coasting with no power. Please help me, I am in fear for my life if I drive this vehicle.
When driving or sitting still the bas light comes on, car goes to 800 rpm idle and transmission goes into neutral. Car cannot be driven until I come to a stop, put car into park and turn ignition off. Vehicle can then be restarted and driven again until it does this again, either a minute later or a month later. This is very dangerous when driving in traffic and I have almost been hit by tractor trailers while trying to pull over and go again. Air bag light has been on since I bought car and dealer will not fix it.
