Vac assist sourced thru egr valve. Leak in egr valve allows exhaust condensate in vacuum assist - freezes in cold weather, brakes won't stop car.
Brakes squeaky from the date of purchase, egr valve was replaced at 39,000 miles. Engine head gasket leaks at only 42,000 miles(est cost of all repairs $800) egr valve already paid for, wanting assistance from Chrysler for head gasket.
Ongoing problem with a 2. 0l engine head gasket failure. From March of 1996 to present, vehicle has experienced replacement of 2 head gaskets, egr valve with eet, oil pressure sensor/switch, and transmission.
