Structure Problems of Dodge RAM

The contact owns a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 used to haul a 2018 keystone passport ultra lite grand touring. The contact stated that the thermostat in the RV failed to operate as needed. The RV was taken to the dealer, where the thermostat was replaced; however, the failure recurred. The RV was taken back to the dealer, where the thermostat was replaced a second time. Additionally, the contact stated that the RV interior structure had detached in several areas, and the RV was leaking an unknown substance. The contact stated that a nearby camper repair facility inspected the RV and opened the release valve, where water had accumulated underneath the RV. The RV was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.

The contact owns a 2010 Dodge Ram 3500. While driving at various speeds, the front seats, floorboard and console would vibrate excessively when driving over an uneven road surface. The dealer advised contacting the manufacturer for further assistance. The contact stated he test drove the same year, make and model vehicle while at the dealers and the vehicle exhibited the exact same failure as his vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. Dash board on 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 is cracked in multiple areas. Windshield defroster vent panels have crumbled and fallen into the air handler system causing defroster to stop functioning.

The dash in my 99 Dodge Ram is severly cracked and I believe that dod ge should be made to replace them this is a big problem in alot of Dodges if the dash is craked real bad and the air bag deploys it can become a deathly situation.

I have a 2008 Dodge Ram pickup truck- the dashboard is reflected onto the windshield and impairs vision, especially when it is sunny and makes it hard to see clearly through the windshield. I have had four other trucks of the exact same size etc. But never had a vision problem from the dashboard being superimposed onto the windshield.

1999 Dodge Ram. Consumer states that the dash board is breaking up.

The spare tire mechanism that hold the tire under the bed broke. This failure was very dangerous since it occurred while I was driving, my spare tire fell onto the street and rolled. Luckily I was in a 35 mph area, but cars still had to move out of the way of the rolling tire. Had I been on the interstate, it could have been disastrous.

The contact owns a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500. The contact stated that the dashboard was fractured, causing small fragments to fall into the vents. Once the ventilation system was activated, the contact stated that those small fragments would fly out of the vents and into her eyes. The dealer did not offer any assistance. The manufacturer failed to offer any assistance either since there were no recalls addressing the failure. No repairs were performed. The failure mileage was 70,000 and the current mileage was 180,000.

In the center of the dashboard there is a shiny metal strip which runs straight down the center. It becomes very blinding while driving.

Bad paint has discolored the top of cab, black turning white making it spotted.

While driving at 30 mph a cup of hot coffee spilled from the cup holder, scalding the consumer's leg. Consumer felt that the cup holder was not designed to hold securely.

I own a 2001 Dodge that (just like everyone else) has many cracks from the windshield to the front of the dash (plastic). This problem started about two yrs after purchase. I am lucky that all of the electrical in the dash still works, but it looks like crap. The sunglass door on the overhead console (plastic) is broken. The cup holder (plastic) is broken. This is crazy everyone with an 01 Dodge Ram knows there was a problem with the plastic that went into the interior. Please do what you can to make these people stand behind there product.

The vehicle was not equipped with and undercarriage shield. The consumer felt the absence of the shield caused corrosion of many components under the hood. The front shock washer which held the shock assembly in place corroded, the fuel rail corroded and the manifold corroded. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who indicated that there was no such part for the truck and if he installed one the trucks warranty would be void.

Recall 98 v 209 000/high engine idle speed: vehicle taken to dealer, zangarn Dodge; albuquerque, nm; phone # 505/262-5480 for recall repairs. But, vehicle is still experiencing same problem. Dealer notified, and refused to reinspect vehicle. Please feel free to provide any further details on this matter.

1999 Dodge Ram customer states that the dashboard is defective because of cracking and needs info about the web site*.

2007 Dodge Ram has issue with a shudder on the vehicle and TSB or recall questions. The consumer was informed the TSB did not pertain to his vehicle.

Van leans low on drivers side also loud clanging spring noises when driving and makeing turns. This condition is from factory. Noticed problem 2 days after taking van home from dealer.

Consumer's vehicle not included in recall 98v-208 concerning the bolts that attach the cab to the frame due to VIN, consumer has been unable to obtain detailed written explanation as to why the vehicle is not included. Nlm.
