Purchased a Ford E-350 in October of 2005 with 5 hankook lt 245/75 r 16's
after 28,000 miles and 70 % of tread remaining the cord separated in the tire tread caracas resulting in a flat spot corresponding to a bubble on the inside of the tire. When I sought help from hankook national and ms. Judy hershberg 973-633-9000 and the localk distributor miami tire dealers warehouse' jose phone 888-833-3953 I was not assisted in any way, shape, or form, all their suggestions and arrangements fell on deft ears. Considering the mileage, now 34,000 + and the years, 3, I could not in reality expect an adjustment. I would like to report the tires and as much info as I can get from them to you for a possible recall for the sake of public safety and the welfare of citizen drivers and their safety.
