Tire Pressure Monitoring System Problems of Ford E-350

After about 45 minutes of driving my motorhome at speeds of approximately 65mph, the tpms system showed a tire low pressure warning on one tire, and then it showed zero pressure. Then it showed another tire the same and later another. At one time it showed no reading on any of the four rear tires. Then as I continued driving all the rear tires showed the pressure again. As I drove that day tpms kept doing the same thing. Took the motorhome to the Ford dealer and they kept it for a few weeks, and they could not duplicate the problem. I had taken pictures of the dash when the problem was occurring, but the dealer said they could not use the pictures, they had to try to duplicate the problem. The dealer then was driving my motorhome to me and the tpms waring came on. They called me to let me know they had to take the motorhome back to the dealer because the warning light came on. The dealer claims that the issue is the motorhome builder's problem because they are the builders of the motorhome and something they did is causing the tpms signal to drop. Right now, my motorhome is back at the dealer where they are supposed to be in contact with the builder on who is at fault.

2007 Ford E-350 passenger van had problems with original tires, "hankook", and have had to have all four replaced at various times due to slipped belts. Have noticed when tires have been removed from rim the following: tire pressure sensors falling apart in the tire. Throws off tire balance and performance. Wire strap that holds sensor in place breaks in half. This leaves two sharp pieces of metal whipping around inside the tire with potential for causing tire failure and accident. Severe problem since this is a commuter van with 15 passengers.
