2 Front Suspension Lower Control Arm problem of the 2003 Ford Escape

The contact owns a 2007 Ford Escape. The contact stated that the power steering would intermittently fail while driving or stopped. While driving at various speeds, the steering wheel would become tight and difficult to turn. If the vehicle was stopped, the steering wheel would intermittently lock up.
