The contact owns a 2006 Ford Expedition. While driving or while the vehicle was idling, the contact heard a ticking noise coming from the engine. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer (ken grody Ford at 6211 beach blvd, buena park, CA 90621) where it was diagnosed that the valve lash adjuster and the timing chain tensioners needed to be replaced.
