Warning Light On Problems of Ford Expedition

The air bag warning light is on which may cause the airbags not to function properly. We have not had an accident to cause the air bag light on the dashboard turn on. We are taking it to the dealership later in the month to find out the exact cause of this malfunction. But the potential of an accident and the air bass failing to deploy is in the back of my mind. The contact could not understand why the vehicle had not been beeping as usual to notify her when an occupant was unblocked. The dealer and the manufacturer informed the contact that the rcm had not been manufactured with the vehicle, even though the manual stated that the rcm was included. The dealer then identified that the passenger air bag needed to be replaced and that was what caused the series of beeping sounds. The vehicle was repaired. The vehicle is currently at the dealership where the dealer plans to replace the wiring harness.

Odometer blanks out no digital read out for mileage, seats are torn badly don't use or drive that often 1 or twice a week it has only 145k miles.
