The contact stated that while having his vehicle serviced at robberson Ford 2100 ne 3rd st, bend, or 97701, he was informed that his brake pads had depleted on both sides. The contact was informed that both pads needed to be replaced before he experienced complete brake failure. The contact stated that there where no warning lights that had illuminated prior to the diagnosis that signaled any issues with his brakes. The vehicle was repaired by the dealer. Tl the contact owns a 2014 Ford F-150. While the vehicle was parked in the carport, the contact noticed that the rear passenger side tire was flat. The contact called roadside assistance to the house and they determined that the lug nuts were severely rusted and four of them had to be broken in order to have the spare tire installed. The vehicle was driven to vicksburg Ford Lincoln (2431 n frontage rd, vicksburg, ms 39180), but the refused to repair the vehicle because the lug nuts were severely rusted. The vehicle had to driven back to the contact's residence and repaired by an independent mechanic. In addition, the contact heard a noise coming from the rear wheels while driving. The vehicle was taken back to the same dealer where it was diagnosed that all four wheels and the rotors, brake pads, and ball joints needed to be replaced due to rust and corrosion.
