Windshield wipers often won't turn off. At times I have to pull the fuss to stop the wipers, and replace the fuss to start them again. I had it in to the dealer two times, they first replaced the wiper motor, this did not fix it, so the next trip in, they replace the switch, this has not fixed it.

Windshield wipers failed to work properly while in use during in rainy weather. This caused poor visibility for the driver. Removed the fuse to windshield wipers. Will be taking to dealer to have wipers checked.
Windshiels wiper hoses not spraying high enough on windshield to clean the windshield causing poor visibility during inclement conditions. Nlm.
