The contact owns a 2020 Ford F-350. The contact stated that while driving approximately 45 -50 mph, the passenger side mirror turned inward and was no longer angled in a position that allows the driver to safely see upcoming images. The mirror failed to stay in the correct position. The passenger would have to hold the mirror to see out of the passenger side view mirror at the correct angle. The dealer was contacted and informed of the failure. The vehicle had not been diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure and opened a case. The manufacturer referred the contact to the NHTSA hotline to file a safety complaint. The failure mileage was unknown.

Driver and passenger windows are getting scratched when window is going up and down. Dealer/service states that road dirt is collecting in the felt material used to keep wind noise and wipe window clean when wet. Windows are getting deep scratches. Vehicle has less than 3000 miles and hardly used. Wife's truck is over 2 years old and windows do not look like this. Dealer/service took photos of windows and submitted to Ford and Ford denied claim to replace or repair windows.
