Electric power assist steering (epas) completely out and wheel can barely be turned. No power steering. My Flex was sitting on the top floor of a 7 story parking garage. I started it up to move down to get a closer parking space next to the floor I was accessing. I cannot afford the quoted steering column $3000 replacement I was given. Some recall is out but does not include all Ford models with this application, including mine. You call Ford for help or assistance and they read off their given answer. . . Your vehicle does not fall under the recall.
