Valve body has been cleaned, new transmission solenoid, "re-flashed" 2 times with no changes. Ford customer service involved from beginning. At one point received call from customer service district manager stating it is "normal" for the car to shift this way and there is no problem even after the problem has been identified. This continues to be a huge safety issue as the car slips at any time in any traffic. There has not been a solution to fix this problem nor any guarantee. Something has to be done to fix the problem that affects many owners with this 6 speed automatic transmission. Previous complaint odi 10369166.
