On [xxx] ,I was driving in my car heading home with my [xxx] son in the backseat when my steering wheel just locked up on me and didn't want to turn and it was just stiff. I turn off my car immediately and waited about ten minutes to turn on. The car started up and the steering wheel became un loosen but this situation is off and on and it's scary . It's the third time now it happened. Next im experience a airbag warning symbol on my dashboard today [xxx] and that's even scarier driving in the car with a toddler because it's not safety. I don't know how to remove it off my dashboard and don't know how to fix the problem either. Information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u. S. C. 552(b)(6).

There is a recall date on this car dating back 2021. I bought this car in 2024. The recall problems was never addressed or fixed. This had created an electrical error in the car, given no airbags, and windows do not roll, nor does it give accurate reads on tire pressure. Unbeknownst of all this, a tire popped nearly cause me to wreck on I-5 early 2024. I have documentation supporting the sale of the car, the replacement of tires, oil changes, repairs & towing incurred all on behalf of this car. I would not have bought it knowing there was a recall that was not addressed. This car is a rebuilt title that has been in accidents.

My airbag light suddenly came on this morning and my light blinking off for the airbag was blinking my whole trip to work. I've also had my catalytic converter replaced and my check engine warning still says their is an issue when everything has been replaced lights on my mirrors also don't cut on when someone is in my blind spots the symbol is there but they don't light up my back up camera has not worked correctly since a few weeks after I got the car. I have taken it to the dealership and their stating it happens in these vehicles sometimes.
I was driving on a slushy road and it was snowing. I received a warning that the pre-collision assist was unavailable. Another light also lit up saying there was no traction. The car veered toward the concrete barrier next to me and I couldn't turn the wheel. The brakes also did not work. I slammed into the concrete barrier at about 55 mph and began spinning back across the interstate and stopped next to a guardrail. When I hit the concrete barrier, my seatbelt didn't catch and my whole body slid forward into the steering wheel, dashboard, and windshield. My face hit the windshield. The airbags never inflated.

Driver side impact and passenger side curtain airbags deployed but not driver side that was hit.
I brought a 2015 Ford Fusion and the airbags was missing as well as unrepairable overheating issues in the engine. I replaced the whole cooling system and the reason for overheating still can’t be determined. I brought the car for $5000 and had $3000 of work done and it is still not drivable. The dealer refused to fix it or give a refund. I still have not been able to drive the car.
Airbags failed to deploy at 30-40 mph head on collision. Vehicle had an airbag light come up, was inspected by Ford and the rcm module was replaced as directed by manual. Airbags were also inspected at the time. Lights were cleared after the replacement. Was the car not reading the speed at the time of the accident? my wife and 2 toddlers were in the vehicle at the time of the accident. I have a wrist injury and whiplash. Injuries could have been worse if it was a vehicle of twice the size or a semi.
I went to pick my daughter up from school as usual and the brakes would not work when I tried to stop in the turn loop. It caused me to crash the side of the car into a cement light post.
The passenger airbag was replaced, and is now trying to pop out of the cover. The upper left corner is bulging outward.
I went to head on to a light pole and my passenger side airbags did not deploy.
Loss steering not able to drive.
I currently have the airbag indicator light on my car lit up. I was recently recalled, and the work done in February of 2023. I do not have confidence in the dealership that completed the work initially due to circumstances that occured with my same car a few months later. The circumstances are that later in the year, my car was in the same shop for 48 days, and they could not diagnose, or fix the problem with the car. (not related to airbags, but my trust is broken) I then brought the car to a different dealership, and they were able to diagnose, and fix within 48 hours, not days. My concern is that the car was not properly put back together, and that I still have an airbag issues, which is a safety concern for me, and potentially a passenger. My request is that, a recall is reissued on my car for airbags, so that I do not need to go to the same dealership to complete the work, that should have been done correctly the first time.
