One problem related to fuel injection rail has been reported for the 2003 GMC Envoy. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The consumer smelled gas, took the vehicle in and the fuel rail was replaced. Later gas was smelled again, there was a vapor emission leak. Then the check engine light came on and the fuel tank is being replaced twice.
