Onstart not working properly. Cannot access gps and/or certain functions in the GMC application due to no antenna signal being obtained through intellilink system. Onstar mirror has a red light and gps has a cross hatch through it. We have activated onstar profile and subscription. I know their has been a recall on this antenna in the past but we just purchased the vehicle.

Onstar/ gps antenna electrical short and corrosion. Seal on antenna cover incorrectly installed/ defective.
My dashboard has cracked and is now in many pieces. I know it is expensive to replace so I've glued and taped it together to the best of my ability. The dash rattles and shakes throughout any trip I take. I love my car! I want it to be healed. It's very distracting to drive with your dash making all that noise. If I'm ever in an accident, even ever so small, I'm sure parts of that dash will go flying and hurt the driver and/or passenger. I also don't know how safely contained my dash-airbag is. My speaker and gps are also on that dash and are no longer installed where they should be causing more problems in their new locations which could result in something else not functioning like it was designed to be. I take care of my vehicles with regular tuneups and replacements where needed. This is beyond my control and is a serious flaw in this vehicle.

Gps is not working. Antenna.
Water leak due to bad front windshield seal, water leak through gps antenna, four wheel drive module was bad, dvd player stopped working, and lastly a horrible vibration that occurred around 77-83 mph. To the point the vehicle did not feel safe to handle. Trim on the b post kept coming loose. This all occurred in over a years period of time. This was my second vehicle because I traded in my 2015 tahoe because it was having many of the same issues and more. Gm did repair all issues other than the shaking, they wanted me to buy tires and after reading other complaints on the shaking I refused, the tires only had 25,800ish miles on them.

I was driving on the 55 freeway, and all of a sudden my electrical gps, radio, and power turned off for approx. 5 sec. And the dash rebooted, and radio remained off, and the car was still crusing, but losing speed. I put the car in neutral and had to restart while cruising. It is not the first time this has happened. Spoke to GMC parts dept. On the phone, and he stated there is no recall for this vehicle. This has happened approx. 5 times. I shared that information to the parts dept. And he stated that they could do a diagnostic that would cost a pretty hi amount to check, and if nothing come out of it I asked. Then he stated nothing.
