The contact owns a 1999 Honda Accord. While driving 5 mph, the vehicle stalled and the anti-theft immobilizer warning light illuminated. The contact pulled to the side of the road and was able to restart the vehicle. The failure recurred intermittently. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The contact referenced NHTSA campaign number: 02v120000 (electrical system). The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 130,000.
