2018 Honda Accord hybrid touring - loud humming noise while cruising at 52mph. Read google and you'll find many others have similar issues but no known resolve. Have been repeatedly able to reproduce and it can be obnoxious at times but of course Honda denies any knowledge of the issue and claims they are unable to reproduce.

The vehicle makes a drone like humming noise. Dealer says they are unable to duplicate and I should report the problem to Honda. Noise happens intermittently when driving car at all speeds.
My car sometimes starts, sometimes doesn't start. Sometimes it starts right away on the first try. Sometimes it takes multiple tries after a few seconds to a few minutes. The times when it doesn't start, I turn the key in the ignition and hear one single tiny click. The dash board lights come on, radio plays, air cond. Works, wipers work headlights work. Eventually, after a few retries, the engine will start. Sometimes it starts after waiting a few minutes. When I do get the car started, it runs perfectly smooth. No stalling or sputtering, no weird noises, no problems with acceleration. It's only on starting when there is a problem this has been going on for about 6/7 months.

I turned on my car and the engine was making a rough sputtering sound and when I started driving, it felt like it was going to cut off. This has happened several times before. The first time it hapened I took it to the dealer and they addressed it for free. The second time I paid a couple hundred dollars to have piston(s) replaced and have it cleaned out. One of the service men at the dealer said the next time this happens it would cost thousands of dollars to fix. That was 3-4 months ago and now it is doing the same thing again. In the approximately 5 years I have owned this car I have replaced 2 alternators and at least 2 batteries. The dealer says that this car prematurely burns off the oil in the engine. It is poor oil consumption. I was trying to top off the oil regularly in between oil changes but nothing has helped this. Please have Honda issue a recall on this make and model.

In colder weather, the vehicle makes a drone like humming noise, similar to running a wet finger around a wine glass except louder. If I open the window it stops, it also stops below 5 mph. It is very distracting, I almost went off the road trying to figure out where the noise is coming from. The dealer is telling me it's the speakers, but why would it stop when the window is open. I believe it's the active noise cancellation anc - once the vehicle warms up 15 - 20 minutes the noise stops. I feel this is a known safety hazard that Honda is trying to figure out. One dealership told me the "engineers are working on it, but no fix at this time". This is a brand new vehicle and it isn't stopping. Seems like Honda is hoping for warmer weather but that is not right. Please help.
While having the vehicle in for a power steering hose recall the dealer found two broken motor mounts. My Honda Accord lx has been making a thumping noise on acceleration. Its possible that leaking power steering fluid has caused the detereration of the rubber in the mounts. The dealer service rep says there are 3 motor mounts on this engine. The vehicle has not been driven hard since new. With 2 of 3 mounts broken at 66, 800 miles is a matter for concern. The 3d mount breaking would cause the engine to twist and possibly start a fire or transmission and drive axels to lock up causing a crash. Other Honda Accord owners have complained about broken motor mounts on-line.
