While traveling noticed a noise, had vehicle serviced. Technician stated engine had a crack. The crack in the engine creates an expensive repair and potential safety hazard. Yh.

Vehicle has had continued problems with the vehicle failing to start (8 times).

While traveling at any speed vehicle would die intermittently. Please provide further information.

Intermittently while driving engine just died. Vehicle has been to three different dealers in the last six months. Dealerships was not able to correct this problem. Discovered loose igniter connection and the ignition system was replaced.

I have reason to believe the Accord I purchased is unsafe. There is a hesitation at 40 mph. I feel unsafe in this vehicle, and that if someone were following to closely when the hesitation occurs and my cars speed decreases then I am subject to possibly be rear ended potentially causing myself or passengers to be injured. I was never told of this so called normal function as Honda has stated. I feel as though I should have been told and the vehicle has been misrepresented, and that I at that time could have opted to purchase another vehicle. Honda refuses to do anything, I have spoken to and written about this to them. Thank you.

Vehicle experiencing stumbling of the engine / transmission.

Engine quits without warning when coasting to a stop with clutch in (about twice a month). Dealers have inspected with no diagnosis; independent of engine temperature and weather.

While driving and without warning the vehicle completely shut down, cause unknown. Please give any further details.

When driving at various speeds the engine will pause and then return to normal. The dealer has replaced the catalytic converter; however the problem still occurs. Please provide further information.

While driving 55 mph on the highway vehicle began to lose power which caused the vehicle to completely shut down cause unknown. Please give any further details.

Consumer stated on 2 occassions the vehicle would not start, the dealer attributed the problem as the consumer flooding the engine, also after the oil has been changed the engine gives off a burning smell for a short time.
